District Manager

  • Build talented store management teams by recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and continuously developing store managers and employees.
  • Uphold the Company’s brand standards with respect to store conditions and product availability and quality, as well as excellent customer service.
  • Track and analyze store-by-store financial performance data; spotting trends, identifying issues, and collaborating with store managers to execute solutions.
  • Manage a district of approximately 5-7 stores; understand the competitive landscape within the market, and work to improve market share.
  • Partner with Upper-management to develop and implement action plans to build strong community relations; generate growth in store accounts; increase revenues and manage expenses.
  • Accomplish performance reviews and develop succession plans in their respective area.
  • Complete all required paperwork and reporting on a timely basis.

Requirements:

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age
  2. Must have a valid driver’s license
  3. Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
  4. Previous multi-unit experience in the rent-to-own business is strongly preferred.
  5. Must possess ability to self-motivate with limited supervision, and be able to stimulate the same traits in subordinates.
  6. Track record of job stability/tenure.

Store Manager

The Manager is responsible for the profitability and growth of the store. Store Managers should be effective in rentals and sales, inventory control, service, planning advertising, training, and supervising. The Manager is responsible for training each member of the store staff in all their job duties. The store manager is also responsible for the presentation of the store and its maintenance, whether it's merchandise, the store itself or the vehicles used in business.

Requirements:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. High school education of GED.
  3. Must be able to life and carry heavy objects. Store Manager must be able to move items such as washer, refrigerators, etc. alne with a dolly.
  4. Must have a current and valid driver's license from the state where employed.
  5. Must have minimum math abilities for simple addition, subtraction and percentages.

Account Manager

  • Ensure timely collection of all rental accounts. Monitor the accounts and take actions needed.
  • Follow all collection laws.
  • Assist in Installing products and train customers how to use and take care of products.
  • Assist in repairing and refurbishing products.
  • Keep customer's good will. If necessary, lose an account, but don't lose a customer.
  • Understand that good customer relations are the vital link in the rental business.
  • Return product to the store as needed.

Requirements

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.

Delivery and Installation Specialist

  • Keep premises clean and orderly.
  • Receive, unpack and help display merchandise.
  • Assist Transport and Installation Specialist in deliveries and pick-ups when needed.
  • Immediately clean, repair and display re-rented merchandise upon return.
  • Various other duties the store manager may direct from time to time.
  • Learn as much as possible about overall store operations and prepare for advanced positions should any opening become available.
  • Keep storeroom neat and orderly.

Requirements

  1. At least a high school education or GED.
  2. Must be able to lift and move alone, with a hand truck, most of the heavy appliances and furniture normally rented in our business.
  3. Must have good judgment as to when to ask for assistance in moving a big or heavy item.
  4. Must have valid and current driver's license from the state where employed.
  5. Must be willing to assume responsibility for own negligence or failure to follow reasonable Instructions to take proper care of company property whether it is company vehicles or company merchandise.
  6. Training customers how to use and care for the merchandise.

Product Sales Specialist

The most important job of the Product Sales Specialist is to grow the store.

  • Rent—Greet the Customer, Initiate the Sale, Close the Sale
  • Maintain a clean showroom, counter, office area and restrooms.
  • Assist in product cleaning and refurbishing
  • Take payments
  • Answer the phone
  • Tag and mark product
  • Daily paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned.
